The aim of this study is to reveal the effect of nepotism and ethical leadership on organizational commitment and to determine whether ethical leadership has a mediating role in this effect. For this purpose, the application was realized with the students who are studying in Tourism Guidance and Travel Management and Tourism and Hotel Management departments of Iskenderun Technical University. Survey technique and easy sampling method were preferred for obtaining the data. Pearson Correlation Analysis, Simple Linear Regression Analysis and Hierarchical Regression Analysis were applied to the data obtained from the sample. As a result of the applied analyzes; It is concluded that there is a statistically significant negative negative correlation between nepotism and organizational commitment, positive positive moderate relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment, and negative negative relationship between nepotism and ethical leadership. Necessary criteria are provided for hierarchical regression, and as a result of hierarchical regression; It is concluded that ethical leadership has a full mediating role in the effect of nepotism on organizational commitment.
