The research group of this study aimed to examine the level of subjective well-being in terms of various variables in teachers. It consists of 88 teachers, 22 (25%) female and 66 (75%) males, who are working in the TRNC and selected by chance sampling. The "Subjective Well-Being Scale" and the "Personal Information Form" were used to collect the data. Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H analyzes were performed in the SPSS program. The results were as follows: Gender, age, school type did not make a statistically significant difference on subjective well-being of teachers. satisfaction with the family environment, satisfaction with the school environment, and regular sports making variables had a statistically significant effect on subjective well-being.
