Disasters are the nature and human-related events that adversely affect people's lives and cause physical, social and economic losses, mass deaths and injuries. Wars and technological disasters are the most important human-induced disasters. In the context of these disasters, the most serious threat is the intentionally or unintentionally spread of CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) agents to the nature. CBRN agents are very dangerous. Therefore, personnel should have personal protective equipment with different levels of protection in order not to be exposed to these substances during detection and intervention stages. Therefore, all public institutions, particularly disaster response teams affiliated to the Ministry of Interior Disaster and Emergency Presidency (AFAD), have important responsibilities in preventing CBRN threats and dangers and reducing possible damages. In this study, Adana Province CBRN Service Group Operation Plan was examined. Within the framework of the plan; In the event of a CBRN danger that may occur as a primary or secondary disaster, measures to be taken for the protection of human health and the environment, necessary measures to minimize human life and material losses and methods to be followed in search and rescue activities were exam-ined. The opinions that improve the plan have been presented in order to overcome the negative effects of CBRN agents with minimum damages.
