While time management is defined as the self-management of the individual, especially in the Covid-19 process we live in, this management is difficult and there are too many distractors around individuals prevent them. The people who are most affected by this situation are the individuals of the generation z who came to the world in the digital age. In this study, it was aimed to determine the time management skills of university students with generation z. The data of this study, which was designed in the screening model, was collected by applying an online questionnaire between 1-31 August 2020. The population of the study is composed of Z-generation university students and 617 university students whose sampling was reached using the convenience sampling method. ime Management Skills scale was used to collect data. Frequency analysis and non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test were used in the statistical analysis of the data. No significant relationship was found between the gender of generation Z university students and the planning dimension of the time management skills scale.
