The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between classroom teachers' perceptions of learning and teaching, and the perception of teaching efficacy. The sample of the research consists of 351 classroom teachers who are working in Dulkadiroğlu, Onikişubat, Elbistan, Göksun, Afşin and Andırın districts of Kahramanmaras province. The research was carried out by using the relational screening model in the descriptive model of quantitative research methods. In order to collect the study data, "The Teaching Effectiveness Perception Scale" was used to determine the teaching efficacy perceptions of classroom teachers, "Emotion Measurement Tools" were used for the emotions felt by the teachers towards the classes. The classroom teachers stated that they experienced more positive emotions compared to the negative feelings about the learning and teaching the lessons. The most frequent positive emotions towards the learning and teaching of the lessons are pleasure, satisfaction and desire. The survey found that there is a strong correlation between the feelings that classroom teachers felt while learning lessons during their own school years and the feelings they felt while teaching these lessons.
