The object of this study is to determine the relationship between mindfulness and source of organizational stress. In this direction, Toronto Mindfulness Scale of Lau et al. (2001) and organizational stress scale of Solakoğlu (2007) were used. The sample of research is composed of 216 white-collar workers working banking sector in Adana. Between data collection tools the survey method was choosen. The obtained data through questionnaire form structured according to five point Likert scale were analyzed via statistical package program. According to the correlation analysis between mindfulness and source of organizational stress it has been found that there is no relationship between these variables. According to difference analysis performed through participants demographic factors the source of organizational stress related to material resources differ depending on education level. The obtained findings are discussed within the framework of Effort-Reward Imbalance Theory and given advice to the next term studies.
