The aim of the study is to ensure that the needs, expectations and expectations of the private hospitals in foreign countries (customers) can be evaluated according to their needs, to determine what they want and to be appropriate. A total of 280 foreign patients receiving medical care at the medical tourism center, which is the central bank of the headquarters in the fields of activity of Istanbul, can be interviewed and evaluated in the obtained data. The purpose of this study, the scope of health tourism services they receive treatment for their general competence of medical tourists coming to Turkey is to determine how their perceptions and overall satisfaction. For this purpose, 447 medical tourists who applied to the treatment centers in the center and districts of Istanbul were included in the study. The questionnaire method was used to collect the data of the study. ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Analysis were used to analyze the data. As a result of the research, it was determined that the general qualification perceptions of medical tourists for the treatment services they received in the scope of health tourism and the general satisfaction levels of medical tourism services showed a significant difference according to monthly total income, insurance status and nationality. As a result of the study, it was found that there was no significant relationship between the general satisfaction level of medical tourists with medical tourism services and regional qualification but there was a positive relationship between perception of general qualification for treatment services, perception of accommodation adequacy perception, perception of adequacy of health services, perception of safety adequacy and perception of additional service adequacy has been identified.
